Ingredients Nutrition
- 2 1⁄2 cups cooked rice, cooled
- 1 cup undiluted evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 cup mandarin orange liquid (can)
- 1⁄2 cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1 cup drained mandarin orange section
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except mandarin oranges.
- Mix well.
- Place in lightly buttered crockpot.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours or High for 2 to 3 hours.
- Stir after first 30 minutes.
- Stir in mandarin oranges during last half hour.
- Serve warm.
