  1. Cook Beef and Onion in a large pot (I use a chili pot). Drain fat. Add chilli's, salt, pepper,garlic and accent. Stir well. Add tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes. Cook on low 10 minutes. Add chopped tomato. Cook another 20 minutes over low heat. Add cooked rice and mix well. Add water. Cook another 10 minutes over low heat until hot and bubbly. I serve this with bread and butter.
