  1. I'm eating a bowl of this as I type, and it is FABULOUS. I used the fruit directed, but changed the dressing a bit: peach soy yogurt since that was all I had, and I didn't sweeten it. I used a little fresh minced ginger. It tastes amazing, I can't wait to make it again already! Thanks SO much for posting!
