Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups ripe mangoes, chopped (about 2 mangoes peeled and seeded)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 12 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • 14 cup sugar syrup (see notes)
  • 1 14 cups dark rum
  • mango, slices for serving

  • Sugar Syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Place the mango, banana, lime juice, sugar syrup (see note) and rum in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Add 2 cups of ice and process again until smooth and thick.
  3. Serve ice-cold in highball glasses with mango slices.
  4. Note: To make sugar syrup, heat 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Chill.
