- 1⁄2 lb butter
- 1⁄2 cup mango, diced
- 2 teaspoons parsley, fresh chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- key lie juice
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
directions
- Combine in a blender and blend well.
- Use in place of regular butter.
- Also great on broiled fish.
