Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup honey
  • 1 cup butter, room temp
  • 12 cup mango, ripe and chopped finely (pureed)

Directions

  1. Beat together in a small bowl. (maybe whip the butter first).
  2. Transfer to ramekin, smooth off the top and serve wtih warm breakfast breads.
  3. OR.
  4. Chill and roll into logs. Wrap in plastic and freeze. Cut and use as needed.
