- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- fresh lemon juice, to taste
directions
- Place mangoes, sour cream, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Use right away or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
