  1. Peel and slice the mangoes.
  2. Cover with water in a saucepan and cook until soft.
  3. Puree cooked mango pieces to a thin pulp.
  4. Put pulp in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Combine cream and sugar and whip until light.
  6. Fold in mango puree and chill before serving.
  7. Garnish!
