  1. Heat the brie. You can put it in a warm oven for 30 minutes or microwave GENTLY for 3 to 5 minutes. You want the cheese to be runny on the inside but not running out of the rind.
  2. Pour the chutney over the cheese.
  3. Sprinkle the curry powder over the top.
  4. Serve with crackers. Water crackers work really well because of their neutral flavor.
