  • In blender, combine mangoes, yogurt, mango nectar, vanilla extract, 1tbs lime juice and 1/4 tsp lime zest.
  • Puree 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Sweeten mixture to taste with honey or sugar if desired.

  1. Delicious and cold. I used store bought frozen mango which are not too ripe so I added additional BEST brand mango nectar, used Balkan (thick) yogurt, alcohol free vanilla from our local health food store, plus the fresh lime juice and zest which was a nice addition.
