Mango Lime Butter

ingredients
- 6 cups mangoes, cut fine (half ripe)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
directions
- Cook mangos in water until tender.
- Add sugar and cook until consistency of a butter.
- Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal. Process in boling water for at least 10 minutes.
