- 1 mango, diced finely
- 2 tablespoons red onions, diced
- 1⁄4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, minced fresh
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar or 1 tablespoon honey
directions
- Mix, cover and refrigerate.
- Will keep 4-6 days in fridge.
