Directions

  1. Sauté onion in margarine until tender.
  2. Add ham, drained broccoli and 1/2 of cheese.
  3. Cook manicotti until tender.
  4. Rinse.
  5. Stuff manicotti with ham mixture.
  6. Melt margarine in saucepan.
  7. Add flour, cook and stir one minute.
  8. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Add remaining cheese and stir until smooth.
  11. Spread 1/2 c cheese, sauce over bottom of a baking dish and arrange stuffed manicotti over sauce and pour remaining sauce over top that.
  12. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if desired.
  13. Bake at 375°F for approximately 30 minutes.
  14. 4 servings of 2 manicotties each.
