Directions

  1. Beat oil, sugar and milk together.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
  5. NOTE: This can be made with Splenda substitute as well.
  6. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Make this personal by adding nuts, fruits,etc. to your liking. This also is great plain served with a bit of cool milk -- or a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
