  1. So this was the hit appetizer the Christmas Party I took them too! They didn't last and I probably cut up six thick chicken breasts. Awesome flavor and super simple to make. I didn't have the $ for Scallops so I just used chicken breasts. I quadrupled the horseradish and still really couldn't taste it though. Maybe I'll devote a whole bottle to the glaze, still didn't matter though. Taste was awesome! I broiled the chicken on a cooling rack over a pan to keep the chicken from cooking in the bacon fat. Just my personal taste. Also, I think Peppercorn bacon would have added a little more flavor over just normal bacon, but another personal taste. I always substitute pepper back for regular bacon. Thanks Again!

  2. These are delicious and easy morsels! I used sea scallops and prepared horseradish. Next time I'd try doubling or quadrupling the horseradish as I didn't detect its flavor. Thanks, Brenda! Made for Best of 2010 Tag Game as recommended by alligirl.

  3. These were perfect! We had them as an 'appy dinner', which we sometimes indulge in...I used 2 chicken breasts, for the 18 nuggets, and the 6 slices of bacon worked out for me. I also used metal skewers, to ease the preparation. The bacon got crispy, and the maple syrup 'glazed' the chicken. Wonderful! Thanks for sharing, Brenda!

  4. We grilled these as nibbles at the beach yesterday. Absolutely delicious! Used chicken breasts. The horseradish doesn't really come through in this amount, so if you like it, I suggest upping it.

  5. Quick and easy appetizer to make and to cook. Instead of toothpicks I used skewers and put about a half dozen or so tidbits on each one. I couldn't really taste the horseradish but the flavor itself was wonderul. Made for the Babes of ZWT4.
