Maple Mayo for Sweet Potato Fries
"A restaurant near where I work makes the most amazing sweet potato fries with an incredibly delicious maple mayo dipping sauce. This is my take on the maple mayo dip....A pretty close copy if you ask me."

- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄8 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 1⁄4 tablespoons brown sugar
directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes or so.
- Serve with sweet potato fries.

This is awesome! Exactly what I was looking for, but not sure how to achieve it. I added a little cinnamon also. It tastes like the dip they serve at Black Angus with their sweet potato fries. Thanks for sharing! -

This was exactly what I needed! I cooked a maple balsamic marinated pork loin in the crock pot, except it turned out that what I really had was a pork tenderoin, so my cooking time was too long. It was tender, but a little dry. I ended up shredding it and combining it with this maple mayo for sandwiches, and it was fantastic! Thank you!
