Questions & Replies

  1. Can this be made on the grill? My salmon has skin on one side and I want it to be crisp. I was worried that baking it would make the skin mushy. Thanks!

  1. This is an excellent recipe for anyone who loves salmon! The combination of flavors is a taste treat and so easy to prepare. I used chopped pecans instead of halves, otherwise, prepared exactly as directed by Lori's instructions. I will definately make again! Excellent recipe, Lori! Thank you for posting!

  2. OMGoodness!! Lori, this recipe gets more than 5-stars from me and my family. The flavor of the glaze was wonderful and this dish was so easy to make. Very elegant and the perfect thing to serve if you are entertaining. Thanks for sharing it and keep posting recipes ;)

  4. Fantastic and easy to make!

  5. Too sweet for our taste. For us, panko crusted salmon with a pommery mustard sauce is the ultimate, so this just didn't seem right although I was willing to try.

I was born and raised in Marietta, GA. I have three children that range in ages from 7 to 14 --all girls. They enjoy cooking with me and by themselves. There have been many mornings my husband and I have enjoyed a breakfast in bed compliments of our daughters. I work at their school as an aide and substitute teacher. That leaves little time in the evenings for dinner preparations so the meals during the week are generally quick and we play in the kitchen on the weekends and during the summer.
