1. This recipe is very simple and quick to make...great for after work. It didnt quite suit my taste though. I found it to be way to "lime-y", and really wasnt sure if I liked the lime and maple together. I do like both of these ingredients, but I didnt like the mix very much, but that is subjective to my taste. Sorry, but this one's just not for me.

 2. A.W.E.S.O.M.E. SO much fun when a recipe exceeds expectations. I think the key was that we used real maple syrup (had a little tiny bottle tucked away in the cabinet that we'd never opened). Also, we used center-cut, boneless, really, really lean chops. Visually appealing, with the dark brown glaze (good sauce for boiled potatoes, by the way). Bless you for posting this!

 3. 2 words....Loved it. The only change I made, was I left out the lime, didn't think it would really go. I just used your run of the mill store bought maple syrup and it tasted great, but I'm sure if you use the real deal stuff it would taste way better.

 4. Very odd tasting, and not very good. I am going to try it again without the limes, I think they throw the flavor off for me. Sorry!

 5. This was way to sweet and it ruined the taste of the pork

I'm a full-time student at a University of Wisconsin campus, with a double major in Sociology and History. I have three adorable children, ages 9 yrs, 5 yrs, and our 2 yr old son. My nine yr old is in third grade. My 5 yr old is is in kindergarten. My littlest one is pleasantly plump. ;) We also have 2 cats. My daughter recently joined recipezaar under the name Miss Bean I also really like sewing. I make @ 1/3 of my daughters clothes. Reading is also a BIG staple in my life. One of my favorite ways to find a book is to walk into the library, pick a shelf and simply grab a book at random. I've read so many great books I probably wouldn't have found out any other way. I also like to camp and fish with my DH. He eats, sleeps and breathes fishing. He would like to one day start his own company, he hand ties and sells fishing lures locally. And he loves my cooking and will try anything at least once. ;) He works as a pressman at a local printing company.
