Maple Walnut Fudge

"HI, I made this fudge the other day and I must give the recipe 4 stars! The recipe is from the back of Toll House Premier White Morsels by Nestle. Very easy to make and costs less than $3 to make about 50 pieces! I think this would do well at your next school or church bake sale! Maple Walnut Fudge--"

  1. I added the butter after the boil...and it must boil 5 full minutes. It's a great "quick" maple fudge. It took me 20 minutes. It's in nicer pieces in a 9" square pan.

  2. This is so good and so easy! I do not like sweets all that much, but I *had* to taste it before I gave it away as gifts! My state is well known for its maple syrup, so I wanted to go with that. Thank you so much. And, because I'm not an experienced candy maker, thank you a million times for not requiring a candy thermometer.

  3. Really good fudge and easy to make! I'm a real chocoholic, but when it comes to fudge, I totally favor the maple walnut. Not as good as old fashioned fudge, but it's so easy to make it makes up for it.

  4. Made it for the holidays. It was a hit with the family and as gifts! This is a must have recipe. Simple and easy too. Thanks. It will be a new tradition. * I used an 8 inch square tin lined with foil and sprayed lightly with cooking spray.

  5. This was easy and delicious. I substituted white chocolate chips for the Nestle. White chocolate must contain cocoa butter, so read your labels carefully.
