Directions

  1. Whip eggs.
  2. Add spices.
  3. Add tomatoes with juice.
  4. Add vegetables.
  5. Add oats.
  6. Mix in ground beef.
  7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  8. Spray pans well with Pam.
  9. Form into 2 large loaf pans or 12 small individual quiche/bundt/or loaf pans.
  10. Spoon topping over each loaf.
  11. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 35 minute depending on pan used.
