  1. Well Marilyn knows what she is talking about when putting these wonderful treats together. Being from Maryland and home of the Blue Crab, there are numerous, delicious crab recipes, but I put this recipe to the very tip top. Very easy, as long as you have crab meat, then you probably have the rest of the combination right in your fridge and pantry. I made just a small change, as I was using a similar ingredient to the Kraft cheese. I had some medium cheese queso, (the kind in a jar) it even had a bit of red bell pepper in it, so it made good use of what I had. Mixed the ingredients together (I had some fresh handpicked crab meant) and this turned out beautifully. I made a good dozen, at 4 with my Dennis and froze the rest. Just so yummy! Thanks Slatts, will use this over and over again. Made for *SSC Pet Parade* July 2008.

  2. These are very tasty and so easy. Love that you can get just a few out of the freezer for one or two people. Next time, I will add another tablespoon of mayo, change the seasoned salt to garlic powder, use at least 8 ounces of crabmeat, and add a dash of hot sauce. I think some horseradish would be good in this as well. Thanks for sharing.

  3. This is a wonderful recipe and they freeze well. I have been making these for several years and people always love them. For one of our grandchildren (now 7) this has been a treat that Grandmother always has to have in the freezer....he has been liking them since he was about 3.To me that it's a compliment that a child, as well as adults, want them!!!! If you ever come to my home, I have some in the freezer!!!!!
