This worked great for our grilled veggies. I used my garlic press for both the garlic and the ginger, and this recipe was very easy to make.

I made up the marinade in a plastic baggie and let it sit in the fridge until I was ready to slice my veggies and marinate. I used zucchini, eggplant, quartered onions, and red bell peppers. They all had a great flavor.

I had a lot of marinade left, so I saved it (since there was no meat involved) in the fridge to use again in the next couple days. YUM! Thanks!

I made this marinade for 2 pork tenderloins. I put them in the marinade in the morning and when I got home, I browned them in a skillet. And then completed the cooking in the oven at 400 F for 15 minutes. I deglazed the pan with a little bit of white wine and half and half cream. So yummy. So much flavor. Thanks Rita :) Made for I recommend tag game

So easy and delicious. I especially liked the added flavor of the sesame oil. I marinated pork country ribs for several hours, and then brushed more marinade over ribs on the grill just before they were done. Because we like sweet marinades, too, next time I may double the brown sugar; however, it is good just like it is! This would be a great marinade for a pork tenderloin.
