Marinade for Most Meats

"This recipe is a very good tenderizing recipe that adds a great deal of flavor to almost any meat i have used it on Beef, Pork, Chicken, Shrimp, and Scallops I read one similar to it in the Great American Recipe Book and then added my own preferences I normally let it sit all day in the fridge after marinating you may baste with it afterwards before disposing works great on shishkbobs"
