Marinade for Pork

ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup safflower oil
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar (preferably cider vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄4 cup light corn syrup (or any sweetner)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried chives
directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender container, and blend to combine.
- Next, pour over 2 pork chops in a plastic bag. Evacuate the air from the plastic bag. Marinate for a total of 4 hours, turning halfway through(to make sure both sides get coated in the marinade).
