  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Let venison soak in the marinade for 4-6 hours before grilling or baking.

  2. I did not know what Wesson Oil was, so I used sunflower oil in its place! I also used Maple Syrup in place of the sugar, as I bought a big jar just for the ZWT tour of Canada!! I minced my onions VERY finely in my food processor. I had no bell peppers handy unfortunately....I am sure that the marinade would be great with them added next time. Thanks DG for the basis of a great and yet such an easy marinade - used on venison steaks today! FT:-)
     
  3. I am not a lover of venison,but my daughter gave me some to do up. I found this marinade,and let me say it was terrific,a little sweet but was very good & very easy to do,enough for 3 venison steaks. . thank You Frances Hoover
