Marinated Fresh Mushrooms

- 1 quart mushroom

Marinade
- 2⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄3 cup white vinegar
- salt & pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- chives or green onion, chopped
directions
- Wash& dry mushrooms.
- Cut large ones into quarters, leaving others whole.
- Place in jar.
- Pour marinade over top and seal.
- Turn jar every so often.
- Best served after 3 or 4 days.

I love to cook and so I am thrilled that I found recipezaar. I work as an educational assistant in a food school so I am around food all day long.
