“Here is a simple summertime appetizer that looks as good as it tastes. Place goat cheese rounds on a serving platter and drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar. Top with hot pepper rings, olives, garlic and rosemary. Serve with thinly sliced baguette. Your friends and family will love it.”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (300 g) package goat cheese, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 12 cup olive oil (or more)
  • 14 cup balsmaic vinegar
  • 34 cup bick's hot pepper rings
  • 8 habitant queen olives, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 4 sprigs rosemary


  1. Place goat cheese rounds on desired serving platter. Make sure the platter has sides to prevent dripping.
  2. Drizzle oil and vinegar over platter and cheese. Scatter pepper rings and olives over oil mixture. Add garlic slices.
  3. Place rosemary sprigs on plate.
  4. Cover and refrigerate if not serving right away. Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before sreving.
  5. TIP: Serve with Pickled Pita Crisps, or thinly sliced baguettes. Use leftovers in a salad, on a pizza or in a sandwich.
  6. Marinated goat cheese can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
