Directions

  1. Whisk together oil, wine, garlic, parsley, oregano, bayleaf, and pepper in small bowl.
  2. Place steak in a deep bowl and pour on the marinade, turning to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours -- preferably overnight.
  4. When ready to serve, preheat broiler or grill.
  5. Discard marinade and bay leaf.
  6. Broil 5-7 minutes each side (or until thermometer inserted in center registers 145 degrees F) for medium-rare.
