ingredients

2 lbs mushrooms
1 cup olive oil
¹⁄₃ cup vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
¹⁄₂ teaspoon pepper

directions

Wipe mushrooms clean.
Mix marinade ingredients.
Pour over mushrooms.
Let sit at least an hour.
