Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 large field mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons moroccan seasoning

Directions

  1. Peel and core mushrooms.
  2. Mix oil and seasoning together and spread over the gills of the mushrooms.
  3. Allow to marinate for 1/2 hour.
  4. Pan fry over medium heat to allow mushrooms to soften.
  5. Mushrooms to soften.
  6. Serve as desired.
