- 6 pork chops ("1-inch" thick)
- 177.44 ml honey
- 118.29 ml white vinegar
- 59.14 ml soy sauce
- 2.46 ml ground ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
directions
- Place pork chops in a 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork chops.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator; let stand 30 minutes.
- Bake in marinade, covered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
