For the Slaw
- 12 ounces whole kernel white corn, drained
- 17 ounces baby peas, drained
- 16 ounces French style green beans, drained
- 4 ounces pimentos, diced and drained
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped

For the Marinade
- 3⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Bring marinade ingredients to a boil while stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Mix all slaw ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour cooled marinade over the slaw. Refrigerate overnight.
