ingredients
- 4 swordfish steaks
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, grated
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 dash black pepper
directions
- combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- marinate fish in a sealable bag for 30 minutes minimum.
- grill fish brushing several times during cooking process about 4-5 minutes per side.
- serve with a fresh tomato salad or a crisp green salad.
