  • Mix all ingredients except the meat in a large zippable bag.
  • Cut the meat into 1 to 1 1/2 inch chunks and add to bag.
  • Knead the marinade into the meat and let sit in the refirgerator 1 to 3 hours - I usually let it sit overnight.
