ingredients
- 1 cup Cool Whip Free
- 1 (6 ounce) box sugar-free jello (1 large box or 2 small boxes)
- 1 (12 ounce) can diet soda (see flavor combos above)
directions
- Completely dissolve Jell-O into 2 cups boiling water. Add soda. Refrigerate until “wiggly” (about 2 hours, but no longer).
- With a mixer, stir in Cool Whip until completely mixed. Return to fridge until very firm (overnight is best).

I love Hungry girl's info, but I haven't always had the best luck with her recipes. This one was great, though! I used a box of orange and a box of lemon sugar free jello, and a can of diet lemon lime soda. We all liked this as a low calorie mousse type dessert. I put it in small containers for lunches.
