directions

  • Melt together butter and mars bars.
  • Add rice krispies.
  • Put mixture in a 12x8 1 1/2 (deep) slice tray. (You can use a larger slice tray if you dont want the bars too thick).
  • Melt the chocolate chips and spread over slice. (Does not have to cover a drizzle is fine).

  1. I've been making this recipe for years, but shaping it into balls before dipping into the chocolate. Heavenly!

  3. yum yum, ive made this twice now and the bars dont last long in my house. only downside burnt my hand on the melted chocolate really bad. but the taste of these bars made up for it. mmmmm will keep this recipe and make often

  4. This recipe was very easy and my teen Sunday School class loved them. My only complaint is that it was not specified what size pan to use. I used 9x13. Did not specify the size of the candy bar and could not find Mars bars so I used 10 fun-size Milky Ways. Had to use a whole package of chocolate chips to completely cover the rice krispie mixture(I used milk chocolate chips)
