Marshmallow Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

"I LOVE this stuff! It's addictive. A friend brought it to our Home Group potluck, and it was gone in no time. I made a double recipe of it for my husband's going away party when he went off to boot camp. Good thing I did! We polished it off easily!"

Reviews

  1. Used only a 7 oz jar of marshmallow cream - delicious.

  2. I jave been making this for years only difference my recipe calls for 2 teaspoons of fresh grated orange peel as well. Try it. It really enhances the flavor.

  3. I've been making this for over 30 years and I never saw 15 oz of marshmallow and 8 oz of cream cheese. It was always equal parts

  4. I was skeptical but I had a leftover jar of fluff to use. I think it was just under 8 oz of fluff with lowfat cream cheese. This really is good. I don't think I'd like it as much with the amount of fluff listed in the original recipe though.

  5. This has way too much marshmallow creme for us. The consistency is also pretty thin, so it doesn't stick to the fruit very well.

Tweaks

  1. I used equal parts cream cheese and marshmallow. When I use the 15 oz that this recipe calls for it was overpowering of the marshmallow

  2. I add 1/2 a packet of strawberry jello

  3. I added strawberry extract and few drops of red food coloring.also instead of strawberry you can add other flavors of extract.so so good .
