- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 egg whites
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- In top of double boiler, combine sugar, water, and egg whites. Cook over simmering water, beating until soft peaks form.
- Add marshmallow creme; beat until stiff peaks form. Remove from heat; beat in vanilla.

<p>If I could only figure out how to make a living cooking... I cook with passion, care and patience, I am thinking that might be a bit hard to make a living only cooking for 10 people at a time :) <br />It's all about texture and flavors blending for me.
