  1. I had some miniature marshmallows I needed to use up and found this recipe intriguing. After looking on line I discovered that 1 cup of miniature marshmallows equals 8 large. For the full recipe I used 2 cups mini-marshamallows. This brittle does have a different texture than most. If I were to make it again I might use a larger pan. I used a 9x9 inch square pan and lined it with buttered foil. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

  2. I just didn't love this! it didn't have much flavor and tasted nothing like the brittle i'm used to. it was easy, but i just felt like it was missing something.

  3. Good recipe , simple and fast. My family enjoyed it alot. Took more time then you would expect with the sugar to melt. But worth it :) I've never made brittle before, but this was alot to make. My daughter also enjoyed watching me make it.
