  1. This was hands down the favorite of the new treats I made this year for Christmas! So easy to make and simply fantastic! These are a must to be made again. Thanks for sharing.

  2. These were good, but not what I was expecting. Basically just tasted like butterscotch chips with marshmallows. Very easy though. I didn't like this enough to make it again.

  3. I made this as written and it was good. Then the next night my 10 year old wanted to make it, but I was out of butterscotch chips so he subbed milk chocolate chips and added some chunks of chocolate with the marshmallows. This was very good too. Either way, it was a winner with my family. Thanks for the recipe.

I absolutely love to cook and bake. I have a huge collection of recipes (that just keeps growing), as I really like to experiment with new flavors and ideas. Since smell and taste are the senses that are most strongly linked to memory, I like to collect recipes and cook/bake things that remind me of people in my life, times in my life, or places I've been. It makes me happy to reminisce while I'm enjoying the food I've made! I look forward to meeting new people here and exchanging ideas!
