- 4 eggs
- 793.78 g canned pumpkin (not canned pumpkin pie filling)
- 283.49 g condensed milk
- 113.39 g brown sugar, packed
- 113.39 g corn syrup
- 113.39 g molasses
- 59.16 ml dark rum
- 1.23 ml ground cloves
- 9.85 ml cinnamon
- 4.92 ml nutmeg
- 4.92 ml ginger
- 2.46 ml salt
directions
- Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor.
- Pour into 3 - 9" frozen pie shells - thawed (or you can make your own, if you're so inclined).
- Bake 15 minutes at 450°F.
- Reduce to 350F for another 30 to 35 minutes.
