  • Peel, core and slice apples.
  • Chop pineapple.
  • Coarsely chop walnuts.
  • Combine apples, pineapple and walnuts in a large bowl.
  • In a smaller bowl, combine mayonnaise, cool whip and pineapple juice and mix well.
  • Blend into apple mixture, chill and serve.
