- 4 apples
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1⁄2 cups Cool Whip
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
directions
- Peel, core and slice apples.
- Chop pineapple.
- Coarsely chop walnuts.
- Combine apples, pineapple and walnuts in a large bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, combine mayonnaise, cool whip and pineapple juice and mix well.
- Blend into apple mixture, chill and serve.
