Ingredients Nutrition


  1. boil a large pot of water for macaroni.
  2. add macaroni when water comes to a boil.
  3. in a medium size saucepan melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
  4. once melted add 2 tbsp of flour and whisk into a paste.
  5. once paste is a golden colour add 1 cup of milk.
  6. whisk continuously until it starts to thicken.
  7. reduce heat to almost minimum.
  8. add cheese and incorporate until smooth.
  9. add salt and spices.
  10. add onions and bacon.
  11. continue to stir and incorporate flavours and thicken.
  12. once pasta is tender drain it from the water and return the pasta to the pot.
  13. pour cheese sauce over pasta and stir gently to coat pasta.
  14. put the pasta in a large baking dish.
  15. melt tsp of butter in the microwave and stir in breadcrumbs and parmesan.
  16. sprinkle buttered breadcrumbs over top the pasta.
  17. place in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  18. remove and let sit for 5 minutes.
  19. Serve and Enjoy!
