Marvelous Meatloaf Topping

"Try on grilled burgers or chicken, too! Makes about 1/4 cup. From the 1995 "Heart Healthy Cookbook" of delicious healthy recipes, Edina, MN. This is very similar to the topping I use on my own meatloaf I have posted (recipe #53831), except it uses ground nutmeg. I can't wait to give it a try."
