Mary's Blue Cheese Dressing

ingredients
- 4 ounces blue cheese or 4 ounces Roquefort cheese
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix together well.
- Refridgerate.
- Makes 4 cups dressing.

This is a particularly smooth and creamy blue cheese dressing. -
Quick, simple to make and very tasty. I doubled the blue cheese called for because I love blue cheese. I used Stilson blue cheese and I used 2 tsp of garlic powder. Very good and it gets better after a day or two. -
