Directions

  1. Boil pasta according to package directions, drain.
  2. Brown ground beef and onion.
  3. Add potato, carrot, corn, celery, cabbage, tomatoes, water, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, basil and thyme.
  4. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer 1 hour or more.
  5. Add pasta.
  6. Serve with fresh grated cheese.
  7. Better the next day, so make ahead if you can.
