Directions

  1. Combine 1st 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Mash with a fork until blended. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 20 min or til tender. Drain. Return potatoes to pan. Add buttermilk, and salt and pepper. Beat with a mixer on medium until smooth. Reheat on stove if needed. Serve with butter mixture.
