  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Tomato sauce: In a skillet, brown sausage, drain, and pat dry on paper towels. Next, combine spaghetti sauce, water, tomato paste and cooked sausage in a medium sauce pan and simmer covered for 5 minutes.
  3. Cheese filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese, paresan cheese, eggs, parsely, basil, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour 1 cup of the tomato sauce in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange 3 uncooked past pieces lengthwise over the sauce and pour 1 cup of tomato sauce over the pasta.
  5. Next spread one-half of the cheese filling over the tomato sauce. Continue layer of pasta, tomato sauce and cheese filling.
  6. Arrange remaining layer pasta and cover with remaining tomato sauce and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350°F Rmove foil and and bake an additional 10 minutes uncovered.
  8. Let cool 10-15 minutes before serving.
