- 236.59 ml minced onion
- 236.59 ml diced celery
- 236.59 ml chopped mushroom
- 29.58 ml grape juice
- 88.74 ml oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 473.18 ml soup stock
- 14.79 ml poultry seasoning
- 14.79 ml crushed garlic
- 828.06 ml farfel
- 295.73 ml boiling water
- 14.79 ml salt
- 14.79 ml pepper
directions
- Saute mushrooms in grape juice.
- add onion, celery, and suate until onions are softened. Add farfel. Combine seasing, eggs, & soup into farfel mixture. Add boiling water and set aside until liquid is absorbed. Place in a lightly greased pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
