  • Warm milk and salt in a sauce pan over low heat.
  • Once milk is thinned and warm, add chocolate stir frequently until smooth.
  • Fold in nuts.
  • Add vanilla extract last, stir quickly, mixture will begin to harden.
  • Spoon onto a cookie sheet covered with wax paper and allow to harden in the refrigerator for about 1 hour per inch of thickness.
